Indigo Villa sits on an oceanfront acreage estate with lush Caribbean gardens, a simulated grass tennis court with luxury pavilion and two swimming pools. The new 2,500 sq. ft. Courtyard Garden House sits behind Indigo in half an acre of secluded walled garden with the tennis court. It contains a two-car garage and modern gym with shower room on the ground level, and two queen bedrooms with kitchen and living area on the upper level.
