The on-site delicatessen carries cold meats, pates, crackers and biscuits, as well as sundries, lotions and numerous other items. The dive shop rents snorkel and diving gear. The on-site divemaster can take guests to sites off Shoal Bay East beach or to the numerous reef and wreck dives around the island. Excellent reefs are just a swim away from Ku. A gym at the hotel has treadmills, a step machine and Universal weight machine. The hotel's boutique carries casual beachwear, sundries and gifts. DiningAll meals are served in Ku's lively beachfront restaurant, open daily from 7:30am-10pm. Breakfast includes a selection of juices, fruits, pastries and eggs. Lunch offers sandwiches, salads, barbecued chicken, fish or hamburgers and a selection of other menu items. Sunday lunch is especially festive with a local band playing. Dinner features Caribbean cuisine with a French twist. The famous beachfront bar is open from morning to late night.
