French chef, Cougnon prepares fine French cuisine with a touch of Caribbean flare. Also home to the Caribbean's largest wine cellar, with over 25,000 bottles. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A children's menu is available for lunch and dinner. Le Bistro is a casual poolside restaurant near thee children's play area and beachfront serving Lunch, snacks and afternoon tea. The Sunset Bar is the place to watch the beautiful sunsets while sipping on a wonderful selection of cocktails.

Three fresh water pools and a heated outdoor Jacuzzi, 4 championship tennis courts, half court basketball, windsurfing, waterskiing, sailboats and catamarans, fitness and gym facilities including sauna and steam room. There is a large supervised children's playground on the beach including pirate ship, waterslide, and games. Library and TV Room.

Malliouhana Spa is a world class facility offering numerous treatments of every kind for relaxing as well as pure health inducing. The 15,000sq ft centre boasts a salon, indoor and outdoor treatment areas, private spa suites, oceanview Jacuzzi, steam and sauna rooms, fitness centre with personal trainers. Access to supervised Children's Playground is complimentary to hotel guests from 9am to 5.30pm daily.
