Ultimacy Villa is a grand luxury villa facing the azure Atlantic ocean on the northeast shore of Anguilla. With 20,000 square feet of exquisite, recently renovated indoor and outdoor living space, Ultimacy can host parties of up to 16 people, providing large gathering and entertaining areas as well as secluded, intimate spots for a quiet escape. The villa has a total of 8 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, 3 living rooms, 3 kitchens, a large recreation room, a fitness room, one formal dining room and 3 al fresco dining alcoves, 3 outdoor lounge areas and a pool pavilion which includes a bar. As you approach the villa in the exclusive and tranquil neighbourhood of Rose Hill in the Sea Rocks, you'll enter a gated driveway and pass through the lush gardens to reach the front of the Villa. From there you can ascend the curving dual staircases up to the top floor, where the main living room and spectacular views of the turquoise waters unfold as you enter the villa. The great room features cathedral ceilings, water hyacinth furniture, relaxing earth tones and exotic island art. The elegant dining room seats up to eight people with exquisite tableware, and a specially selected wine list. The main kitchen features state-of-the-art appliances, quality cabinets and every culinary convenience available, making it ideal for a private chef preparing a fine feast, or a guest whipping up a quick midnight snack. The ground floor is a great recreation area with a spacious lounge complete with plasma TV, paneled wet bar and a classic Wurlitzer jukebox. There?s also an office with a computer and high speed Internet connection as well as desk space for your own computer. The fully equipped fitness room is also on the ground floor. The lavish pool pavilion on the lower level is the crown jewel of Ultimacy Villa. The outdoor living space spans over 500 square feet, providing comfortable lounge furniture under a covered gazebo, a full wet bar and dining area as well as daybeds and umbrellas surrounding the swimming pool and whirlpool Jacuzzi. A private powder room and shower complete the outdoor oasis. The ample amount of terrace and deck space of this three-storey home provide many places to enjoy the breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and Anguilla's northeast shoreline. The two master suites are located on the top floor off of the main living room. Each has a King-sized four poster bed, ensuite bathroom, dressing area, walk-in closet, air-conditioning and a traditional tropical ceiling fan.

2 Queen Bedrooms

Each queen bedroom has a Queen bed and a private bathroom. One is located on the top floor, the second is located on the pool level accessible only from the covered terrace for complete privacy.

Twin Bedroom

Two twin beds, private bathroom. Located on the pool level. Connects to the Queen bedroom pool suite for versatility.

Queen Bedroom Pool Suite

Located on the pool level, this a one bedroom suite with a private bathroom, lounge area and galley kitchen. The adjoining bedroom with twin beds is accessible through a connecting door, allowing the suite to become a two bedroom apartment.

This is a one bedroom suite on the ground level which has a lounge area, fully equipped galley kitchen, and private bathroom.
