Zenaida Beach & Tennis Estate

Zenaida sits on three acres of lush tropical gardens fronting the white powdery sands of the deserted half mile of beach at Sandy Hill. The property's seven bedrooms are divided among three separate pavilions for ultimate privacy and flexibility - guests can rent the villa as a three bedroom up to a seven bedroom according to their needs. Each pavilion has its own pool and there?s a hot tub large enough for eight people. Meander through the diverse garden with over 100 species of flaura and fauna where you'll see island birds like the Zenaida dove, and head over to the tennis court to play on the only Har-Tru soft court in the Leeward Islands, which is lit for playing in the cool of the tropic night. Other activities include working out in the well-equipped fitness center, or snorkeling with the fish in the Caribbean Sea. The gazebo overlooking the beach offers a shady place to enjoy a cool drink.

The Great House Pavilion

The Great House is the gathering place for all guests to enjoy and spend time together. There's plenty of space with double height ceilings, a large modern kitchen, and plenty of seating for dining and lounging. Play cards and games or watch TV in the living room, or use telephone, fax, and high-speed internet connection in the study.

Grand Master Suite Pavilion

Three air-conditioned bedrooms with ceiling fans, king-size beds and private baths. Indoor-outdoor living with both grand and intimate seating areas. On the top floor is the master bedroom with ceiling fans, a king bed, a soaking tub with sea views, separate bathroom with large stall shower, double vanity, and bidet. Phenomenal sunrise and sunset views can be enjoyed from the bed or a very private adjoining terrace. An additional cozy Garden Cottage has queen-size bed and private bath.

Master Suite Pavilion

Three air-conditioned bedrooms with ceiling fans, a large living room with balcony overlooking the sea, a complete kitchen, an enchanting walled garden, and high-speed Internet access and a fax machine. The Master Bedroom has a king-size four poster canopied bed and private bath. The upper floor balcony banks two bedrooms, each with a bath, one with queen-size bed and other with 2 twins.
